First Video Blog!

so i'm changing it up y'all.  trying a little something new, mainly cause....well for no real reason.  i just wanted to.  and you might ask yourself why i didn't take the time to make myself look presentable for my first video blog, but a) i'm lazy, b) you should love me for me and that is definitely me and c) that would have ruined the "spontaneous blogging" thing i was going for.  it's all about the realness. i was laying on my couch, recovering from a rather intense workout that left me feeling like i was going to die, for about an hour or so and just sat up and decided to make the video.  maybe next time you will catch me on a pretty day when i'm fresh as a daisy, but today was not that day.  so HERE WE GO - vlog numero uno.

got home well after 2am btw from the webinar.  it was so weird being at CDC after midnight.  anyway, i made the giant mistake of drinking a giant cup of coffee to get me through it and now i'm paying the price.  i just wanna go to SLEEP!  ugh.  alright, good night world!
