OOPSIESSSS

So listen....I am FULLY aware of the fact that it has been a completely unacceptable amount of time since my last post, especially considering how much I have to be writing about, but ya know.... sometimes you have to much to write about you don't even know where to start.  That's kinda how I'm feeling, so I'm just deciding I'm not going to even try to cover everything that's been going on.  It's just not possible at this point and no one wants to read that much anyway no matter how interesting it is.

So I'll make this brief:

Things that happened since I last wrote:

• Leader of the Pack opened, had a great run and closed.  
• I got 2 and a half weeks off from rehearsals/performances of any kind and my first REAL weekend in a lonngggg time.  It was amazing.  
• My sweet boyfriend came to visit for an entire week!  Way too short of a week, but we had a great time and I'm counting the days until he's back again.  Which happens to be 18 days from now :)  And then he will be here for TWO weeks.  I mean...for living 5,000 miles away from each other I think we've been able to see each other a pretty good amount.  Now if we can just get him a JOB over here we'd be in business!
• Chasey came into town for a day and I got to see him!  Helped (and by helped I mean sat and watched) him box up some stuff he still had here and then we went out for some late night mexican munchies at Tin Lizzies.  Great food and even better convo.  I love that boy so MUCH.  Need to get myself up to NYC for a weekend getaway and twinsie time asap.  
• I went to BOSTON for 5 days to rehearse with the other 5 members of my newest artistic endeavor - an all-female a cappella group called Musae.  We are currently located in 5 different cities on two different coasts so the concept is really crazy, but after spending 5 days with this group, singing and creating, I know without a shadow of a doubt that I'm supposed to be doing this.  We plan to audition for NBC's The Sing Off, but past that, who knows what might be in store :)  
• Started rehearsals for my next show - The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee at The Legacy Theatre.  I am so, so excited about this one.  Everyone and their mother has done it already, I know, but we are doing something pretty different with this one.  Our director is basically letting us start fresh and create everything from scratch, even down to what our characters would wear.  So it is definitely going to be artistically satisfying I think.  Not to mention the casting is PERFECT. Don't miss it!
• I have officially purchased and started Rosetta Stone (German) and fully intend on being fluent in no time.  The grammar is CRAY CRAY, but it sounds a lot like English. So stay tuneedddd! 
• Just had a GREAT weekend down in McD with the fam.  Both sisters were home and we even had a boyfriend in the mix.  It was a much needed get away and time to just hang out with everyone.  I didn't even realize how long it had been since I'd been home!  

And that is all for now I guess.  Just wanted to give a quick and dirty update on my life, but I promise to be much more detail oriented in the future.   Chase has officially called me out on my lack of blogging so I have to get myself back on track.  Because my life is CLEARLY falling apart if I'm not blogging.  

Anyway, it is bed time now for me.  Gotta get that beauty rest right ladies?  :)
